Electrical Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee our electrical works across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Dubai. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage site teams efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electricians and helpers on site.
• Plan, assign, and monitor electrical installation and maintenance works (wiring, DBs, isolators, cable pulling, GI boxes, light fittings, switches, and sockets).
• Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations, drawings, and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and provide guidance to the team.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and main contractors to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and resolve on-site issues.
• Familiarity with DEWA regulations is essential.
• Diploma or trade certificate in Electrical Engineering preferred.
